Gifting Handmade: Bath Bombs Away! – We will be doing a workshop making bath bombs for gifting. All materials are included in the workshop and you will be taking bath bombs home. We will also have some craft supplies and ribbon to prep your gifts for the holiday! Due to the nature of this workshop, workshop will be capped at 6 People! Come make some beautiful gifts with us!

Intuitive Mixed Media Collage Workshop with LadyJennD – Come and create a unique and colorful mixed media collage with LadyJennD! We will explore and utilize torn paper background and color blending techniques as well as focal point image placement! This will be an intuitive process and each person will create something unique (We are not all creating the same subject) All materials are provided!

Bead Time – Resin Jewelry Workshop – Resin Jewelry Workshop with Debbie West Miles & Kate Keefe. Debbie and Kate will furnish the kit but if students have very small treasures such as attractive postage stamps they like, small special beads, crystals, charms, small photos found in catalogs and magazines they like, these items can help you personalize your Resin Jewelry pieces. Tiny-Small-Items-Really Pretty Things Students can bring.

Glass Tree Workshop – This will be a fun night to learn glass basics and create an awesome piece that you can’t wait to show off to friends and family.
In this class we will be working with paint and glass frit to create an awesome seasonal design. You choose your favorite colors and get as creative as you like.
Where: Art Attack When: Thursday, November 7, 2019, 6-8pm Cost: The class requires a $10.00 class fee that is due at the time of reservations. You will pay for your glass piece at the time of class. $32.00 for a 6″ x 6″ or $42.00 for an 8″ x 8″ size. Adults and kids ages 12 and up. If you choose to give your glass piece a shape there is a $10.00 fee for the second firing. Mold designs will be shown at the time of class.

Sip and Stitch: Hibiscus time! – Hosted by The Creative Contessa. Always wanted to try embroidery? Want to create a beautiful work of art accompanied fun and friendship? Then come to my Sip & Stitch embroidery session, where we will be capturing the beauty of the hibiscus blossom using an embroidery technique called needle painting/silk shading. All skill levels welcome, but I shall be breaking the techniques down step-by-step for total beginners. Make a Bowl / Shop the studio / Connect with community – There’s plenty to do here. 1. Make a bowl for the 3rd Annual Soup is Love Project – no experience necessary!
2. Connect with the community 3. Shop for art, jewelry, and outdoor décor. The details: 1. Make a bowl for the 3rd Annual Soup is Love Project. The Soup is Love Project is a fundraiser for Off Center Arts. No experience is necessary! I always have someone on hand that can help you. A $5 donation covers material costs. Then in 2020 we’ll have the 3rd Annual Soup is Love reveal to show off the collection of bowls made, sell bowls, enjoy some soup (not in the bowl you buy though!).As an artist, I love the concept of Off Center Arts because it’s exactly what’s important about art – connecting with people. I hope you’ll join me and the rest of the community in this interactive event. 2. Connect with the Community. I have people of all walks of life join me and connect in the studio. It’s wonderful to see everyone make new friends.3. Shop for art, jewelry, and outdoor décor I’ll have handmade art, jewelry and outdoor décor available for sale. This includes my handpainted, handfolded outdoor cranes. They are made from Tyvek – this is a foldable plastic so they are perfect for hanging in your garden and adding a bit of peace to your outdoor space.
